Bridge building is a creative process from start to finish. At Nature Bridges, we use a technique called Top Down Construction. To meet our high-quality standards, we make sure our team is well educated on the process.

Stephen Warmath

Like many construction projects, it all starts with an estimator; at Nature Bridges, that would be Stephen Warmath.

Stephen has been with the team for a little over a year, and he starts our projects by providing clients with an estimation of materials, equipment and labor needed to complete their project.

When he’s not crunching numbers, you can catch him riding his Harley Davidson.

Stephen likes the Top Down Construction process because it “prevents damage to environmentally sensitive areas during construction”.

His favorite project to date is the Neabsco Creek Crossing.

Will Harrelson

Another important person in our construction process is fishing fanatic and Project Manager; Will Harrelson. Will has been a member of our team for a whopping 12 years! He shares that his favorite part of the job is getting to travel and meet new people.

As project manager, Will keeps everyone on task and on time. His favorite project is the New Smyrna Dunes, because it “has the best view of any project I have worked on”. Check out that gorgeous view below:

Kyle Nead

Our Lead Carpenter, Kyle Neads, is also an integral part of our team. Kyle is tasked with managing and maintaining job sites and is well-versed in the construction process. From keeping in contact with the client to scheduling contractors and making sure everything is running smooth on-site, Kyle keeps our projects moving forward.

He considers Top Down Construction the “better way to build bridges” and shares that one of his favorite projects with Nature Bridges is from Ivy Creek. See it here:
